Stewardship

Investors in our fund, which include all the Chawton partners, own a portion of each business the fund invests in.  We define our role as portfolio manager to act as long-term owners of these businesses.  Our approach to stewardship enshrines this mindset.  We are an approved signatory of the Financial Reporting Council's UK Stewardship Code and are working to become a signatory to the United Nations  Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI).
